Its executives have many years of proven success through forward-thinking design, development and management of various commercial projects located in Seattle, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Hawaii, Mexico as well as in Shanghai, Beijing and Hainan Island.
(COO) Chief Operating Officer
Marshall Stahl has been involved in real estate development for over 30 years, including work on the development of two of North America’s most iconic shopping centers, West Edmonton Mall, Edmonton, Alberta and Mall of America, Minneapolis, Minnesota. Mr. Stahl has also spearheaded the development of an 8.2 million square foot, mixed-use complex in Bangkok, Thailand. While there, Mr. Stahl traveled extensively throughout the region including China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines forging key relationships with many of Southeast Asian leading developers.
He has resided in Orlando, Florida where he was engaged by the world’s largest privately held time-share developer, Westgate Resorts, to assist the company Chairman on the company’s real estate acquisitions and business development. He subsequently joined Naples, Florida based Miromar Development Corp where he was involved in the merchandising and leasing of a number of the company assets including Miromar Outlets, the country’s 8th largest fashion outlet center and Miromar Design Center, a 250,000 square foot home furnishings design center, one of just nineteen such buildings in the United States.
Mr. Stahl was appointed by The Ellman Companies in Phoenix, Arizona as Senior Vice President to work on the development of Westgate City Center, a 223-acre, mixed-use project in Glendale, Arizona which includes a 20,000-seat arena (home to the NHL’s Phoenix Coyotes). Mr. Stahl joined AZ Sourcing in 2015 and serves as the COO of the company as well as CEO of PhoenixMart and Central Arizona Regional Center, two of the company’s subsidiaries.
Chief Financial Officer
Before join the company, Mr.Larson served as a Senior Executive of Finance and Operation in various entities, including Angel Medflight, Humana/Right Source Pharmacy Solutions, and SkyMall, Inc., with over twenty-five years management experience. Mr. Larson has been known to provide strong strategic planning and implement aggressive initiatives to reduce costs, improve productivity and increase net income to nurture company growth. His strengths lie in distribution, marketing and service industries, direct sales, and retail environments. He has experience enhancing operating skills and efficiencies in the areas of directing contract negotiations, employee development, product management, and company expansion, with a constant focus on quality improvement through streamlining the process flow of information systems, introducing performance measurements and bench-marking for financial strategies that have driven improved efficiencies. Mr. Larson is a multi-faceted, results-oriented executive who can roll up his sleeves and get involved, and has a proven success coordinating objectives with subordinates and senior management, boards of directors, investors and equity partners.
Jason Cupo is an attorney licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of Arizona. He attended Arizona State University where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Literature, and where he was a Provost’s Scholar, Greaves’ Scholar, and a recipient of Jules Anatole writing award. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, graduating in 2010. While in law school, he was named a Pedrick Scholar in multiple semesters. Jason has been practicing law in Arizona since 2010. Prior to joining AZ Sourcing as in-house legal counsel, Jason was an associate attorney for a boutique law firm in Scottsdale, where his practice focused on real estate law, construction law, bankruptcy law, business law, corporate governance and general commercial litigation. Jason joined AZ Sourcing as In-house Legal Counsel in 2015 and was named General Counsel for the company in 2016. Outside of work, he is co-chair of a non-profit organization that supports seminarians for the Roman-Catholic Diocese of Phoenix.
