Elizabeth Mann is a highly experienced international executive who has a successful track record of building multi-million dollar international companies in both the United States and China. She was the developer of Phoenix COFCO Center, the Chinese Cultural Center, and was also in charge of many profitable developments in California, Washington, Nevada and Arizona. Ms. Mann served as the President of BNU Corporation, the U.S. real estate and financial services subsidiary of COFCO, for 15 years and served as Vice President of an investment banking company for 5 years. Ms. Mann received her Bachelor’s degree in Business from Beijing University of Economics and Trade, her Master’s degree from the American Graduate School of International Management, and was a Ph.D candidate of International Business at Penn State University. Elizabeth’s past corporate interests include positions as the Founder/Managing Director of BNU Corporation and Partner/Director of COFCO Management L.L.C. Elizabeth has also been involved with other companies including: COFCO Development LLC, COFCO Management Company, COFCO Capital Company, COFCO Investment Company, COFCO Executive Suites, COFCO Food Company and COFCO United Trading Company.

Before join the company, Mr.Larson served as a Senior Executive of Finance and Operation in various entities, including Angel Medflight, Humana/Right Source Pharmacy Solutions, and SkyMall, Inc., with over twenty-five years management experience. Mr. Larson has been known to provide strong strategic planning and implement aggressive initiatives to reduce costs, improve productivity and increase net income to nurture company growth. His strengths lie in distribution, marketing and service industries, direct sales, and retail environments. He has experience enhancing operating skills and efficiencies in the areas of directing contract negotiations, employee development, product management, and company expansion, with a constant focus on quality improvement through streamlining the process flow of information systems, introducing performance measurements and bench-marking for financial strategies that have driven improved efficiencies. Mr. Larson is a multi-faceted, results-oriented executive who can roll up his sleeves and get involved, and has a proven success coordinating objectives with subordinates and senior management, boards of directors, investors and equity partners.
