Elizabeth Mann

Partner & Managing Member

Elizabeth Mann is a highly experienced international executive who has a successful track record of building multi-million dollar international companies in both the United States and China. She was the developer of Phoenix COFCO Center, the Chinese Cultural Center, and was also in charge of many profitable developments in California, Washington, Nevada and Arizona. Ms. Mann served as the President of BNU Corporation, the U.S. real estate and financial services subsidiary of COFCO, for 15 years and served as Vice President of an investment banking company for 5 years. Ms. Mann received her Bachelor’s degree in Business from Beijing University of Economics and Trade, her Master’s degree from the American Graduate School of International Management, and was a Ph.D candidate of International Business at Penn State University. Elizabeth’s past corporate interests include positions as the Founder/Managing Director of BNU Xorporation and Partner/Director of COFCO Management L.L.C. Elizabeth has also been involved with other companies including: COFCO Development LLC,COFCO Management Company, COFCO Capital Company, COFCO Investment Company, COFCO Executive Suites, COFCO Food Company and COFCO United Trading Company.

Richard Larson

Chief Financial Officer

Before join the company, Mr.Larson served as a Senior Executive of Finance and Operation in various entities, including Angel Medflight, Humana/Right Source Pharmacy Solutions, and SkyMall, Inc., withover twenty-five years management experience. Mr. Larson has been known to provide strong strategic planning and implement aggressive initiatives to reduce costs, improve productivity and increase net income to nurture company growth. His strengths lie indistribution, marketing and service industries, direct sales, and retail environments. He has experience enhancing operating skills and efficiencies in the areas of directing contract negotiations, employee development, product management, and companyexpansion, with a constant focus on quality improvement through streamlining the process flow of information systems, introducing performance measurements, and benchmarking for financial strategies that have driven improved efficiencies. Mr. Larson is a multi-faceted, results-oriented executive who can roll up his sleeves and get involved, and has a proven success coordinating objectives with subordinates and senior management, boards of directors, investors, and equity partners.

Michael Bratton

Corporate  Controller

Michael Bratton, Controller – corporate controller. Mr. Bratton attended Brophy College Prep and ASU, receiving a BS in Business with an emphasis in Accounting. After passing the CPA exam, he entered the construction field, spending the last 18 years in financialmanagement for industry suppliers and contractors in the Phoenix valley. Mr. Bratton is proud of the structures he has been involved with, including WestWorld of Scottsdale, Chandler City Hall and Bank One Ballpark, and the relationships created along the way.

Patrick Welch

Vice President, HR & General Administration

Mr. Welch received a BA in Economics/Business Admi nistration from Hope College and an MBA in Finance from the University of Denver. He served as a Vice President and Director of Broadcasting with a largemedia company and was responsible for all financial matters relating to the company’s broadcast division, comprised of 6 television and 12 radio station properties. Mr. Welch later also served as senior managing executive in charge of all legal, humanresources, public relations, and marketing matters for a large multi-entity company, and was instrumental in the launch of the Chinese Cultural Center in Phoenix, AZ . He has continually been involved in various public service affiliations and non-profit organizationsincluding an appointment by the Mayor of Phoenix to the City of Phoenix Pacific Rim Advisory Committee. He has served on the Board of Directors for Valley Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Junior Achievement, and the Rocky Mountain Kidney Foundation, and has performedvolunteer work for a non-profit radio station for the blind and visually impaired. He holds a teaching certificate from the State Board of Directors for Community Colleges of Arizona.

Rob Kobierowski

Vice President, Construction & Planning

Mr. Kobierowski worked in the construction development field for over 17 years. He has a bachelor’s degree from the College ofEngineering,School of Construction Management at Arizona State University.  After college, Mr. Kobierowski joined Perini Building Company and completed multiple large constructions projects in Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Southern California. Some of the iconic projects Rob completed include: in Las Vegas: Green Valley Ranch Casino,and Ritz Carlton Hotel & Casino Lakes Las Vegas; in Southern California: Pala Casino and Resort, and San Manuel Casino and Bingo;  and in Phoenix: Downtown Sheraton Hotel, Downtown Westin Hotel, Freeport McMoRan Headquarters, and Vee Quiva Hotel and Casino. In additionto Mr. Kobierowski’s extensive commercial development experience, he was the Director of Land Development for K. Hovnanian Homes in Southern California where he oversaw the development of more than 10 project sites consisting of thousands of residential and multifamily lots.

Shannon Lin

Vice President, International Operations

Ms. Lin holds an MBA Degree from University of Nevada, and served as Director of Marketing for a major Casino in Las Vegas before joined the company. Ms. Lin’s team includes two offices in China with 8 staff members. As of today, the international team has successfully maintained their leasing target, despite the two-year delay  in construction caused by the delay in USCIS approval. In the last two years, the international department has also focused on partnering with many of China’s product centers, which has laid a good foundation for Phoenix Mart tenants’ connection with the China market.
